Tranter Support Application

Tranter is an American based global manufacturer of gasketed and welded plate heat exchangers. The Client wanted to have track of their preventive maintenance and support based maintenance activities. We created solution where client was able to give access to their END customer for putting up queries and issues in existing purchased products. While creating this application, we have created multi-platform interface so that all type of users can use application on mobile devices and on their web browsers.

There are majorly 3 type of users, First one - is customer who is responsible for creating support ticket, second type of user is Manager who is able to see all tickets and assign those tickets to Engineer who can visit customer site and then resolve ticket from his side.
